Getting breakfast when you are going early and not having time to have outside food make the day. This place is good for breakfast, location,room bed size, interior decoration of room as well as reception and well dressed hotel staff.

We actually booked through FAB hotel and when we arrived , we came to know their partnership has been cancelled and so is our booking . But the staff were supportive and we booked again directly. Gave some discount as well. Executive Rooms are good ( right size for a family -2 adults , 2 children , less than 6 years). Good for short stays. The best part : food is very good - they have a pure veg restaurant. We had lunch , dinner and breakfast. Both service and taste is good. Breakfast was not buffet but they served what we wanted. Location is also good , very near to NH2 highway and away from city congestion.

We chose & booked regal restaurant from an online portal as we though we had cracked a good deal. However, the rooms, staff, services, food etc all was just above average & we did not find it much value for money.

I made a pre-paid reservation for two rooms x 4 nights at this place via Agoda, which was meant to be a gift for family there. I reconfirmed with Agoda and also with hotel directly before check-in. Everything was promised to be set up. However, on arrival they demanded that the we pay again for the entire reservation. Since we were staying for four days, we told them to take their time and reconfirm with booking travel aggregator. However, the hotel staff kept harassing guests unnecessarily at every interaction. In the end it seems like we will have to pay twice, which is already pricey rate for the service standards. What a complete waste of the time and effort to stay here! If they are putting they property up on resellers like Agoda and Booking.com, please make sure that the payment transfers work and the listings are accurate. I would completely stay away!!
